Since January 5, 2021, all producers, importers, distributors, and assemblers of articles or complex objects with more than 0.1% m/m of a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) must submit a SCIP notification (Substances of Concern in Articles as Such or in Complex Objects (Products)).
