Professional Gender Equality Index

Under the Act on the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future of 5 September 2018, which aims to advance pay equality within organisations, companies with between 50 and 250 employees are now required to calculate and publish an annual gender equality index. This score, out of 100, assesses companies’ performance against four key indicators that measure disparities in pay and career progression. The aim of this initiative is to ensure pay equality and promote a respectful and fair working environment for all. EcoMundo is therefore actively committed to promoting greater professional equality and creating an inclusive and respectful working environment for all its staff.

🌟 Results of the 2026 Workplace Equality Index

For the year 2026 (based on 2025 indicators), EcoMundo’s professional equality index stands at 91/100. ‍This score, which exceeds the legal threshold of 75 points, demonstrates EcoMundo’s commitment to promoting equality between women and men in the workplace.
