Register of SVHC intentions

This register tracks the process from notification of intent to final decision.

How it works:

  1. Proposal: Member States or ECHA (at the request of the European Commission) prepare a dossier in accordance with Annex XV of REACH.
  1. Follow-up: Interested parties can follow the progress of the process.
  1. Public consultation: Parties may submit relevant information on the identity or hazards of the substance, enabling the assessment to be enriched.

Goal:

The SVHC Intention Register gives interested parties time to prepare for input and comment before the final identification of the substance as SVHC.
